gives to Shirley St. Pierre for an indefinite period of time and until cancelled in writing, the Power of Attorney, to act in its behalf, in the State of Maine, on all matters pertaining to the registering of semi-trailers and power equipment. This Power of Attorney acts as our agreement to have any and all work pertaining to the license of any and all papers pertaining to dealings with the Motor Vehicle Department of the State of Maine. For this service we agree to pay all mutually agreed fees. This Power of Attorney also applies to the registration and/or titling of vehicles in the State of Maine. This Power of Attorney applies to any and all trailers.

IT DOES NOT ALLOW THEM TO SELL, LEASE, TRADE, OR IN ANY OTHER WAY, UTILIZE OR DISPOSE OF YOUR VEHICLES. They cannot sign registration/title documents representing you unless the POA is on file.
